Please review the loan set-up fee and Register the Applicant
When submitting this loan request, please remember to inform the Applicant of the fee that Finance Your Care charges if they are approved and they accept a loan offer. This fee should be added to the base loan amount they are requesting so it can be financed. Doing so, the fee will be paid to your Practice when the lender funds the loan. Then, Finance Your Care will collect this fee directly from your office three days after the loan is funded. Here is the loan schedule:
- Loan amounts up to $9,999.99 / Our fee is $375
- Loan amounts from $10,000 to $24,999.99 / Our fee is $575
- Loan amounts of $25,000 and up / Our fee is $775
